Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 19, 2026 | Effective Immediately

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dr.GTM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

Dr.GTM provides diagnostic auditing, validation, automated linting, and live monitoring for Google Tag Manager containers. Access to container data is granted through Google OAuth consent authorized by you.

Dr.GTM is a work in progress and is provided on an as-is basis. Automated fixes are written into a new, unpublished GTM workspace and are never published on your behalf, but audit findings and applied changes may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing every change in Tag Manager before publishing it, and for keeping your own container export as a backup. We recommend verifying results against your own testing before relying on them.

3. Credits, Purchases & Refund Policy

  • One-Off Purchases: Credits are purchased as one-off packs via Stripe. There are no recurring auto-renewing subscriptions unless explicitly chosen.
  • 14-Day Refund Window: You may request a full or partial refund for any unused credit purchase within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are calculated proportionally based on remaining unused credits in that purchase lot.
  • Credit Expiration & Usage: Credits are deducted upon triggering container audit projects or live monitor setups as specified in the billing UI.

4. Acceptable Use & Account Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse engineer system API endpoints, or execute automated request loops intended to exhaust server resources or bypass quota gates. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google Account and GTM container permissions.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

Dr.GTM provides container diagnostic findings and recommendations "as is". While our algorithms evaluate containers against industry best practices, you remain responsible for testing and verifying container workspace changes prior to publishing live GTM container versions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
